Well, what about making tasty appetizers? Just chop a couple of slices of mozzarella or any cheese that can easily melt.
Mix chopped cherry tomatoes, a pinch of salt and oregano, a little olive oil.
Cover the aubergines with the mix. Grill or bake for a few minutes, just to let the cheese melt.
Serve combined with scented white wine
