I celebrate it with a special dish called Euforia di tonnarelli euforia comes from the amazing effect of wine on our senses and the kind of pasta used (tonnarelli, sort of thick noodles) cooked in red wine, seasoned with a vegetable ragù on a cheese sauce. it’s deliciuos.
